Available Evaluations

Detailed assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges, ensuring personalized and effective recommendations. All comprehensive evaluations include a detailed review of records, interviews, observations, a complete assessment report with diagnostic impressions, recommendations, and a feedback meeting to discuss the results. Assessments may be conducted bilingually or in Spanish if needed.

Evaluation

A comprehensive evaluation that includes testing and analysis of academic achievement, cognitive functioning, social-emotional, and behavioral skills to determine the presence of any learning, behavioral, and/or social differences.

Social-Emotional/Behavioral Evaluation

A targeted evaluation to assess for Autism, ADHD, or another mental health difference that may be impacting educational performance and includes assessment of cognitive functioning, academic skills (if warranted), social-emotional, behavior, and adaptive skills.

School Neuropsychological Evaluation

An in-depth evaluation that delves deeper into neuropsychological functioning than a psychoeducational evaluation to determine how specific brain processes affect learning, social, and behavioral functioning.

Snapshot
Assessment

A focused assessment to get a brief overview of academic and/or cognitive functioning.  This is not a comprehensive evaluation.

Learning Disability
Evaluation

A targeted evaluation for learning disabilities (i.e., dyslexia) that includes assessment of academic achievement, cognitive and intellectual functioning, and psychological processing skills.

Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)

IEEs are comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations paid for by the public school district typically when requested by a parent/guardian who is in disagreement with the district’s evaluation and wants a second, unbiased opinion by a qualified outside evaluator.

Evaluation
